Meet Teri

Hi, I’m Teri, a wine writer based in South Australia. I live near the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, right by McLaren Vale. Growing up in the heart of wine country, I’ve been immersed in the world of wine my entire life.

With over a decade of industry experience, I’ve had the privilege of working at iconic wineries like Penfolds and d’Arenberg, starting out in cellar doors. I later transitioned into the digital space, managing accounts for Vivino Australia and leading wine marketing initiatives for major retailers. Most recently, I was honoured to win the 2024 Wine Media Cadetship from the Wine Communicators of Australia. I have wrote for many publications on a freelance basis including Decanter,

My qualifications include WSET Level 3, and I’m currently completing my WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines. I also hold a Double Diploma in Travel, Tourism, and Business Management.
